Canon 6d Mark II - lens for recording hurling matches

is there a lens that for the 6d mark ii that would be good for videoing hurling matches? (juvenile and intermediate, so pace of play is manageable!)

I have a canon 750d with a 55-250mm kit lens - but one of other coaches dropped it and it's a goner. Reach was fine, but zooming in was a little slow. Auto-focus was only so-so, but fine for our purposes.

So it's an opportunity for me to get a new or second hand lens for the 6d and sell the 750d.

or if anyone has any other advice or options i'd like to hear it….
