weather in limerick is spectacular… should be an entertaining evening in Thomond.

Haven't seen too much of Ulster this season, but the teams would appear evenly matched based on recent results.

Here's hoping for a home team advantage.

Well the OP isn't. But this matters because? Everyone would be better off not viewing posts through that lens so let's leave it there.

Based on recent results they should be evenly matched for one half and then Ulster will just stop scoring and lose in heartbreaking fashion at the end.

But on paper, yes, it is a surprisingly close looking game. Ulster got some key players back from injury.

No idea. I am though and going to post here. You should probably be more concerned with the amount of tickets available for a huge match in Limerick tonight than the location of posters on an internet board but each to their own.

On the match itself, I think this will be a close one. Munster stronger up front and half backs. Ulster slightly stronger 11-15 in my opinion. Think if Munster have sorted out their lineout, they win the game.

Paddy Power have Munster at -8 which seems big to me. I do think Munster are slight favourites but not by that much and Ulster winning wouldn't surprise me either.

Weak defense from Munster for Ulsters try, but very well taken by big stu.

Strong forwards try by Munster to even things up - poor kick by Crowley though.

    Fairly frantic game so far

McCloskey is massively up for this game!

Looks like a card for Wilson, on first look I thought Coombes had a knee twist

    that’s lucky.

    I’d have said red.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,983 ✭✭✭irelandrover

    That looks red

Actually that last angle shows enough for mitogation

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,230 ✭✭✭budhabob

The last angle did show coombes head drop a reasonable amount.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,727 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

Munster haven't completed a single lineout yet.

    Shambles.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,411 ✭✭✭ironingbored

Why oh why are players not getting into their heads to go lower. Wilson a very lucky boy.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,230 ✭✭✭budhabob

Munsters lineout is consistent at least, consistently shite.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,303 ✭✭✭Boscoirl

he was hitting the head regardless of what Coombes did.

    Red for me

    Ffs on the lineout.

An AIL hooker couldn’t do much worse than Scannell at this stage…

We seem to be going blindside and awful here.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,230 ✭✭✭budhabob

That's a bloody good team try, serious carry by Kilgallen in the lead up

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,411 ✭✭✭ironingbored

    Defences like wet paper towels.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,673 ✭✭✭✭aloooof

Much better from Munster there, from Nash’s break. Crowley didn’t bring his kicking boots tho.

  • Subscribers Posts: 43,074 ✭✭✭✭sydthebeat

Crowleys poor kicking off the tee may cost Munster this game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,230 ✭✭✭budhabob

Munster giving up possession stupidly and strong carry gives up an easy try.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,727 ✭✭✭✭Clegg

    This game is mad.

Munster should absolutely have not been caught so short in defence by 14 men. Hell of a carry from Postletwaithe.
