A small thing but… the top bar ( Talk To.. Topics Regional Followed Forms) no longer locks on scrolling on PC, if you see what I mean.Was something changed or is it me?

Something changed on Tuesday last week. It was partially fixed but the sticky aspect of it is still broken.
