Vodafone Gigabox App working but saying offline?

    My home wifi is working perfectly but my home heating system which is connected to the router is offline. When I check the Vodafone Gigabox app it says “your router is offline I cannot connect you”. I cannot understand how the wifi can be perfect and the app saying it’s offline

    is it your home heating system thats offline and cant be connected to rather than the wi-fi?
