Bathroom shower wet room issues

    Hi all,

    Looking for some advice.
I had my bathroom done up a few months back and all was oaky at first. Not I’m seeing water bubbling up through the outlines on the main floor outside the tanked wet room shower.

Can this be caused by bad sealing of the linear drain? The drain was installed prior to tanking and as such has no tanking directly under it. Would it be possible for water to be leaking under it and coming back into the flow under the tanking.
I have noticed that the tiler sealed around the top of the linear drain with silicone and this has now come undone. I guess he used cheap sealant.
    please advise

Pictures attached show what grout lines are affected and the shower drain with tanking and the finished product.

    Cheers

Hmm. What's a spirit-level telling you if you put it on each of the tiles between the drain and the source of the leak?

Those large-format tiles look very well BTW.
