Eye sight report

    hello,

    Can you get the eye sight report from my GP or does it have to be from an optician?

    Application is for a first time provisional license.

    And is there a certain length of time after passing the theory test that you have to submit the application in?

    Optician now, my doctors use to do it but now told I have to go to a optician.

    Your GP should be able but it will probably be more expensive than an optician. When making the appointment you need to specify it’s for a licence application.

    GP did mine for renewal in Nov 22, needed it to keep C1 class
