Ordinarily it should be possible to be critical of Israel without going after any Jews one comes across. Not so, evidently.

I really think certain politicians, we all know who they are, should be more outspoken against blatant jew hate. You can both be critical of the Israeli government and do that.

Not all Israelis support what's happening.

Even if the tourists are to be accused of something related to the war? The info is best passed to one of the organisations seeking the arrest of potential war criminals, such as @trackingisrael on twitter. Or better yet present any such evidence (if it exists) to the Garda and seek an arrest via invoking universal jurisdiction.

The actions of those people accosting Israeli tourists and abusing them? Is abhorrent and it doesn't help the Palestinian cause, indeed it only gives fuel to Israeli claims that the entire country is anti-Semitic.

No they don't. Follow the rule of law and charge and sentence as per legislation.

Edit: guards just don't decide what's to be done with them. That's the dpp and courts(if it gets that far). Nothing to do with them being Israelis, trump, gaza, moon landing.

Not surprising, many members of the flag waving crowd have got more vile and militant as the conflict has progressed. Not uncommon to see Keffiyeh wearing protesters marching being Hamas or other terrorist flags. Some interesting threads on X about these two featured in the above video.

So far as I could see, assuming that the Jews being harassed were Israeli (how did the harassers know this?) there was no evidence that:
* they were current or former members of the IDF.
* that anything they did in the IDF was in any way related to Gaza.
* that they themselves participated in anything genocidal.

I also suspect these individuals do not harass Chinese tourists even though China is currently carrying out three actual genocides (East Turkestan, Tibet and Inner Mongolia) so it's clear to me that these individuals are holding the Jews to different standards.
