Hi there what kind of money would childcare providers pay to rent a purpose built childcare facility that can accomodate 50 students in 2 rooms? Just looking for ball park.

    Location would help……

I would be quite confident that two rooms would not be sufficient for 50 'students' and PP would not be granted.

Since the post says purpose built, I'd assume "two rooms" is the main teaching/care areas, and the building includes ancillary areas as well.

Well the building is in place with planning permission as was designed to spec for purpose. Tusla don't specify size - 'Space requirements have not been prescribed under the 2018 Regulations presently. Rooms should be appropriate in size for use and not overcrowded.' 50 is ball park it will prob be 44 or so.

The issue is we own it as a community building but we need to service a loan on it and wondering what providers are paying. The location is a rural village and the service is up and running and will be moving to the new facility.
