Question about a college by an odd woman: Feedback sought

This question is about a college in Ireland but I am tempted to tell you a little bit about myself first. I want feedback about this college and what the normal way is for things to be.

I have lived in this country for six years. I was given refugee status by the Irish government. This was an act of mercy because it is not normal to give refugee status to Indians nor to people who are College graduates.

If anybody has any means of getting a visa anyplace, they should never ever apply for refugee status. That is my advice to anyone who is considering it.

Refugee status is not worth it unless you are from a primitive social background and are socially and mentally challenged. One South Korean asylum seeker committed suicide here. Another female from the United States seeking asylum in Ireland asked to be deported back to her country. Find yourself from Botswanaland or Turkmenistan or something like that if you want to become a refugee in any country -that's my advice.

They did not give me any means of find work. In my state of health I can work from home. I have some eyesight and other problem still and I can function slowly. They asked me to keep going back to the Refugee board for work and they have only illiterate jobs and they have nothing which I can do. Some man who is doing a course from that place told me about this college and I joined to do a course.

When I started the first course, they give me extensions of time. But the course eventually had to be shut down and they could not extend be on that. They told me I could take a different course I took an easier course. I feel I'll be able to do it in a couple of two months but they have changed regarding giving extensions of time. The courses are supposed to be self-paced I don't know really what their policies are.

The Irish I found are not very outspoken and they wouldn't tell me what their policies are . Like I know I need surgery and the doctor tries to distract me so I forget all about it. This is irrelevant to the topic. I just wanted to say the Irish aren't very outspoken.

So, granted I don't know what their rules are, it must be a small college because they have two teachers and an administrator. Her behavior goes little beyond an administrator. She not only doesn't know the subject but she doesn't know how to conduct herself to adults, and was sending me loads of emails which started getting on my nerves and the College told her to stop.

So they give me an extension for month and well I have mode forward but I think I'm doing other legal paperwork in all sorts of things so I need to balance them I can't do it all in one go. Well what I wanted to ask you about this lady- the lecturer meaning one of the teachers says he has no control over whether extensions come and she will answer me. It seems he wants me to fear her and know she has power.

If the person doesn't understand a subject or how it goes, should she have power to decide what happens to people there.
