One month ban from CA/IMHO for being "uncivil" to Melania Trump

This place has really reached absurd levels when a poster can be banned for being "uncivil" to Melania Trump, someone who is, most probably, not even aware of the site. For the post below on page 133 of the 'Donald Trump the Megathread part II', I've been banned from CA/IMHO for a month, which is absolutely ridiculous in anyone's book.

She's the very definition of a self centred gold digger, and I hope any toll that's taken is huge.

No sympathy for her or the fat orange goldmine she's using.

The language may be harsh, because the sentiment behind is. But it is an HONEST OPINION about a person I have very little regard for for obvious reasons. The mod in question behind the banning, Leg End Reject, has said this was "Uncivil, there's a swear filter for a reason." But there's nothing in it that is "uncivil" to any poster on the forum.

There is also nothing anywhere in the forum rules or in the new rules on the CA/IMHO forum that states that the swear filter has to be obeyed and other posters regularly get around it too to get their point across.

There is no appeal of CA warnings or bans up to 6 months.

There's also no loophole where you can start a feedback thread on it either.
