    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

    I have heard and seen of this specific issue with RTE1 from other users, however, after trying the usual troubleshooting steps for Live TV channel issues like a retune, Factory Reset, Signal Test, Manual Tune, etc, unfortunately, we found out that this issue persists and there is no simple way to fix it.

    I will escalate this issue once more, to see if I can get any response/announcement/information about this.

    Also, there will be a major Android update in the first quarter of 2025 (hopefully, there will be no delay), so hopefully, it will include a fix to this issue, specifically.

    We haven't received any other information about the Android update's content/s (only the date when it may be released in general), but I'm hoping that it will include a fix for this issue.
