First time buyer here.. Any info on Myrtle house in Baldoyle?

    Hi, new to this 👋🏻


    as the title suggests I’m a first time buyer in Dublin. I’ve been looking around north Dublin and have seen Myrtle House in Baldoyle which seems reasonably priced and a good location. I don’t know much about the area but it seems the place I viewed has been on the market almost a year now (originally listed Feb 2024, taken down a few months later then relisted in Nov 2024) which seems bizarre to me given it’s location and it seems to have been very a well maintained apartment. I know there was an issue with Pyrite going back.. I’ve also heard of plans for an 11 storey apartment block around the corner.

    I’m wondering if anyone knows the area, lives there or has lived there who might be able to shed some light or share some wisdom
