Hi folks has anyone encountered an increase in their blood pressure whilst using Ozempic? I’m on week 9 of it and it shot up in week 2 so much so to adjust medication for my bp, I didn’t put it down to that and I have noticed it further increasing, this is the first week of 1000mg and it has increased further again. Has anyone else noticed this ?

Discuss with your doctor.  Doctors should be trying to get their patients off of medication. But most of them seem to be trying to get their patients on as many meds as possible. They don't look for the root cause and try to heal that. They are trained and encouraged to look for a diagnosis code that can be matched to a life-long "need" for a medication that will only manage the symptoms. Btw, you can read on side effects of Ozempic on Canadian pharmacy website.

What do you guys think about it? I’m a huge food lover, especially when it comes to meat! I absolutely enjoy steaks from places like https://www.blossomsteakhouse.com/—nothing beats a perfectly cooked steak. But of course, I try to be mindful of how often I indulge since I don’t want to struggle with weight gain later on. Some people turn to Ozempic for weight management, but I believe that’s something only a doctor can properly advise on.

I’ve been on ozempic for about a year, totally controlled my blood sugars with no blood pressure issues, some weeks I have a lot of burping and an unpleasant digestive sensation, but overall it’s done its job
