Council promotion and pay opportunities

    Hi,

    Opportunity to work within the council with an entry level role.

    What was everyone's experience with working within the council especially around promotions and ease of pay rises?

    How much would you be on after 2 years? Taking a pay cut to go so want to weigh up my options.
