Advice on buying in Porterstown - Annfield Lawn or Crescent

    Hi there

    We are looking to buy a second hand property in D15, in the porterstown area and have a couple of duplex properties that fit into our budget in the Annfield estate. Please share tips or advice on what should we consider before finalising on a property.

    Since I am not from the area I am looking for guidance on whether it is a good area for families and also from a long term property appreciation perspective?

    Really appreciate any advice.
