New builds Portarlington

    Hi!

    Trying to decide on new builds in Portarlington. Derryounce or Cushina avenue

    The estate agent for Cushina threw me off yesterday after viewing and price went up by almost 30k and it's off plan while Derryounce is ready to move in. Trying to get a feeling of which might be best to go for.
