Leap card refunds

    Hi, I lost my leap card over a month ago. I had it registered so was able to apply to have a refund. On the automated reply it said it would be resolved in 3 days. Its over a month now and after numerous emails I have yet to receive my refund. Any one else had this problem.Thanks

    Happened to me a while back. Took about 6 weeks. The guy I spoke to on the phone initially said it can take up to 3 months.

    I lost one a few years back and got a new one in around 5 days .
