    It's my brother's significant birthday soon and I was considering buying him a butchered lamb as a present. His wife has suggested to me that beef might be a better idea; does anyone know any farm near Dublin doing something like decent size beef boxes?

    One issue with what the farm below have listed is that they don't seem to tell you what cuts you're getting; just the overall weight. it's too late at night to ring or email to find out, but i probably will in the morning.
