Decentralised heat recovery ventilation

We have carried out a lot of work in our house to make it more energy efficient and now find that
we need to address ventilation, particularly upstairs. The vents in all bedrooms were plastered
over by the previous owners, and although we open the windows regularly, there is very little air
movement (particularly at night), and we experience some condensation on the inside of windows. The house is 3 bed mid-terrace, it was a C2 when we bought it, and is now A2.

I do not want to do anything that will result in heat loss or will create drafts, so I am considering
decentralised heat recovery ventilation in all 3 bedrooms to address both air quality and ventilation.

2 questions I would really appreciate opinions on:

Does this sound like a reasonable/sensible way to go?

One of the quotes I have received is for the following units:

Does anyone have any experience of them, and are they decent?

    Thanks for any advice
