You've managed to contradict yourself in 2 sentences there, well played.

his reputation was well and truly tarnished long before this episode and all by himself.

Nobody cares what you think. The entire evening and the events were laid out in fine detail in court, all reported on by news agencies everywhere and published.

An entire jury of his peers found that he was liable for raping Nikita Hand. It's clear to everyone else that this was the case too.

You can argue against it all you want, but it won't change much.

Some people argue that the earth is flat, and that Michelle Obama is a lizard, and that there's a man in the sky moving us all around like chess pieces. And others, like you, reject reality and try to make arguments that make no sense.

    Nobody cares.

I disagree, I don't think he raped her. By the way this is a discussion forum, it's not a venue to attempt to overturn court cases, FYI.

What is there to discuss? The court went through the evidence and the jury agreed that he sexually assaulted her.
There is no doubt. There is no disputing the evidence - none at all. There is no appeal lodged to undo what he has been found guilty of (and let's not delve into the allegations of perjury and the pair who seemingly lied to protect him).

The tragedy of this case is that whatever the truth is, there was a gross miscarriage of justice. If he did do it, he should be locked up behind bars. If he didn't, his reputation has been falsely tarnished.

The tragedy is that the DPP decided a criminal prosecution would not be a strong option and Hand had to take a civil case. The tragedy is that this animal is not in prison for what he did. The tragedy is that the scum has continued to live a life of luxury including being hosted by another rapist. The tragedy is that the rapist still has gullible idiots defending his physical and sexual abuses.
One can just hope that he loses absolutely everything he has in full public view.

I'm highly skeptical that he'll participate in the so called "White House Card". At this point I doubt there's anyone on the roster he could beat given the abuse he's put his body through over the last 5 or 6 years.

This is the first time you've said something sensible.

I think he'll fight again. Because, as a man who has been publically outted as a rapist, he has suffered not only massive financial losses but the loss of public support from anyone with half a brain. Only the MAGA heads would have the lack of braincells to back him and even that cohort if falling apart these days. Many of them are even turning their backs on Donald Trump these days.

He'll fight, and people will watch, but it'll likely be his last hurrah and it will be the end of him in many ways.

He'll fight some nobody who will be on the take, and his win will be the most bigliest win ever. God himself will have approved it, MAGA go home happy.

He's banned from UFC for missed drugs tests.

Although Ronaldo should have been banned for the first 2 matches of the World Cup and he got them suspended.

Funny how Trump surrounds himself with sex offenders like McGregor (found liable) and Ronaldo (paid off his victim with 300k many moons ago).

I'm surprised there has never been any talk of him and Jake Paul having a fight. Those 2 degenerates would make a fortune off the morons that would pay good money to see that.

There was definitely talk of it back in the day but Paul was way smaller back then. He'd be way too big and….. well, too fit for Conor these days.

The main issue is that McGregor is locked into his UFC contract, with 2 fights left. He was definitely trying to wriggle out of that a few years ago but that was shut down pretty quickly by Dana White.

If he fights again, it'll be in the UFC

I believe mcgregors suspension finishes in March and Fight in White House is scheduled for June

Bet he'll fight Chandler on the white house card, there's no other fighter in the top 15 he'd have a chance against but Chandler is completely washed up, has terrible fight IQ and I can honestly see McGregor knocking him out

McGregor hasn't fought since he snapped his leg in two pieces, it will be 5 years since he fought. He hasn't got a chance.

He'll get a fight on the card purely because he's a big name, pally with Trump and will get attention.

That White House event will be purely for spectacle rather than competition.

If McGregor fights in the white house it'll probably be guaranteed he'd win as part of the deal. Trump wont want his buddy to be a looser. It'll be predetermined.

It doesn't work like that in ufc, it Chandler gets a chance to KO Mcgregor he'll take it with glee.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26,831 ✭✭✭✭pjohnson

You think it'll work like that in the white house?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,913 ✭✭✭RoryMac

It would be great to watch him get brutally KO'd on the White House card.
