I typically flick between a democrat channel like msnbc and a republican channel like fox on youtube. Both are generally live on youtube for election night

I always find John King on the Wall very informative That's CNN - Not sure if they stream live on YouTube.

Steve Kornacki does the same job - he's on MSNBC.

Both of those are pro-Democrat channels but King and Kornacki play it neutral - just focusing on the data.

If you can't access those then you can't go too far wrong with BBC for election coverage.

Fox news will be announcing Trump the winner at about 4am.

Actually Fox called it for Biden last time, which annoyed Trump no end because it stymied his claim to have won it

Tbf rtes coverage from 11 until 6am would be better than most.

Another option to consider is BBC radio coverage via BBC sounds app.
"America Decides" is on Radio 5 Live and Radio 4.

I assume it won't be geo-blocked, most non sports content is available.

The Rest Is Politics podcast are doing an all-night live stream with their excellent contributors Alistair Campbell, Rory Stewart, Anthony Scaramucci, Marina Hyde and others. Its free on Youtube.

Rory Stewart, in particular, has a great strategic mind and a good track record on these things.

I shall be watching them and flicking around CNN, Sky, RTÉ TV and radio.

Looking at this a week later, it’s become as stale as bad cheese. Not a criticism of Larbre but Stewart, whom I listened to all the time, was so wrong. Scaramucci too had been so convinced the Orange turd was going to lose. Dominic Sandbrook was also present (Rest is History podcast) and was probably the star for analysis and humour.

my personal highlight of the night was on Channel 4. I promised to boycott it as it was going to have BoJo amongst others. There was something brilliant about Stormy Daniels innocently asking him if he had children and whether he would feel they were safe with Trump. Johnson is regularly asked to confirm how many children he has (some out of wedlock and not publicly acknowledged, some shorted) and a person who would not generally be regarded as safe with other people’s adult daughters himself.
