oven element keeps going in cooker

Have a NordMende cooker (mid range price one) that has now gone through 4 heating elements in 2 years. They replaced them but it has just gone again and the cooker is now just out of warranty. wtf is wrong with this cooker?

replace the element and the fan motor.
