    How, why or what inspired the builders of Stonehenge (2500 years ago) to transport a six ton piece of sandstone, seven hundred kilometres from the north east of Scotland to the Salisbury Plains of Wiltshire?

    There must have been more easily accessible local stone that they could have used. Why was it so important to them that they had to drag that paticular massive chunk of bluestone all of that distance?

    I think it's an extraordinary achievement and makes me again consider the mindset of the druids 😉
