My car tyres don’t hold the pressure

recently got my car serviced. Both front tyres in the space of a week will be down to 20psi from 35. Car is on the road every day doing approx 80km daily.
is this common? I had new valves put in on the last service. Is there a simple fix? Check list as to why it’s happening? Thanks.

You have two slow punctures, get them fixed asap for everyones sake.

Or you have leaky rims. It's a curse that can't be easily fixed other than to replace the rims.

Might have driven over a few disgarded nails and picked up a few, best to get all 4 checked just to be sure, they are slow puncture but could suddenly deflate at speed, so sooner rather then later

Why did you get the valves replaced previously?

thanks for the replies. I’ve had the tyres checked and done so myself too and no sign of anything in them re nails/screws etc.

had the valves replaced previously because one was doing this and I thought they looked a bit weary.

If its leaky rims is that new rims needed?

Beads might need a reset. Valves might need to be tightened. Could be slow punctures but unlikely in both simultaneously. Could be corroded wheels too.

You could try using leak check solution (ie soapy water) on the valves and around the rims to see if you can pinpoint the leak
