    Hi All,

My house is a semi-D, the top half is dashed and bottom half is red brick.

Is there an option to request a dashed finish on the external insulation?

Do they only do the top half of the house?

The work will be fully funded.

    Many thanks in advance.

The only issue with changing the appearance of your house is around planning I think. If you're in an estate you would stand out as different and planners may object to this. I would put a call into the local county council planning department and get an opinion before making changes just to be safe. An enforcement notice is possible, while unlikely but it would be costly to remediate afterwards.

Brick part will most likely be pumped. We went for just a plain finish on top half. Totally different than other houses in estates. Planning not required.

Yes it is possible to get a dashed finish but not all companies are willing to do it and there most likely will be an increased cost. If you are fully funded that might not be an option
