Company refusing NC6 form

Before I give up just wanted to ask if there is any way to “encourage” the PV company to submit NC6 form for the solar panels installed good few years ago. They are refusing and insisting that they did it in the past and that the ESB must have lost it as it was posted (I believe it’s a lie). It is their responsibility and I am very unhappy with this situation :( but can’t see anywhere to complain about this situation or resolve it in any way :/ Thank you all.

Email networkservicesbureau@esb.ie directly with your MPRN number, address and details about the install date. They reply to members of the public. They can confirm if they have it on record or might be able to find it.

Ask them what is the process for the installer to submit it retrospectively. Then you can pass that to the installer. It was a one pager in the past afaik.

The installer is required to submit the NC6.

You only get FIT from when ESB get the form. So I'd suggest accept the prior coinage is gone. But at least you can get it from now.

Thanks both. ESB already confirmed they don’t have it and the PV company doesn’t want to issue NC6 needed for retrospective registration :/

If you're on the Irish solar owners group on FB , some of the installers might be able to advise.

I would not assume it was a lie, ESB have lost forms in the past per postings on this forum

Hassle I guess, also I didn’t offer to pay as it was a new built estate and other houses had theirs registered.

I moved into my home 2019, have been chasing Cluid for this NC6 form since 2020, been told lie after lie..… the invertor is powered on, smart meter in situe but not connected to the mains, such an absolute waste......any info greatly appreciated also 😊
