I have my own electrician business and am vat registered. Im looking to buy a storage unit kit from the north to store my materials in. Can I use my vat number to not pay the vat on this?

    Thanks

You need to be registered for Intra EU VAT in order to not pay VAT on items from NI, which is currently being treated as an EU country for VAT purposes
