Kabuta not tracking

Hi all. Im probably in the wrong forum but Maybe this has been discussed before. I have a 6 ton Kabuta digger that isn't tracking properly. One track works as normal but the other is very slow and only works when the lever is in mid shift position. If the lever is pushed Too far forward or too far back the track wont move…
