Arris Freesat issues

    Hi,

    I’m currently having problems with my Arris freesat box, it has recently reverted to passive mode which means it has to find sat channels on startup, when I try to log in to my account I put in my username and then click on proceed button nothing happens I can’t get past this point?. As you need to be logged into your account to select active mode which leaves box in standby, I’ve tried rebooting and resetting box to no avail any advice would be much appreciated.
