Battery not discharging

HI I got solar panels and a 15 kw Dyness battery in May. Great so far really happy. But tonight the battery is showing 90% and with Washing machine etc going its only discharging 00.005 the rest of the load is being pulled from the grid. The battery is sermtcup to charge overnight and has been perfect up to now. Any…

Good news ,rang the installers, they were able to remotely fix it
