When does a nothing burger become a something burger?

    With an election on the way later this year, I have one question on my mind. Supporters of various political parties love using the phrase nothing burger, and it got me thinking. When does a nothing burger becomes a something burger? Is when it doesn't involve the party/parties that you vote for? Or is there more to it?
