    Hi Admins

    I reported a post in the Soccer Forum on Saturday just gone. A poster referred to a manager of a club he does not support as "the man child". The post remains up, however I believe it expressly breaks both the specific sticky posted in the forum in May;

    and this specific part of the charter

    Nicknames like whisky nose, fat Spanish waiter, Fat Sam, Fat Frank, Maureen, and similar is abuse.

    Calling Andy Gray or Pat Dolan names is abuse.

    This list is not intended to be exhaustive

    It looks to me like the mods have ignored the report because the LOI is not as popular as some other leagues, where you can be guaranteed if a fan of one EPL Club used such language about the manager of another, the mods would come down on it like a ton of bricks.

    Why not, in this instance? Why have the mods deemed this abusive term, which is very obviously in the same vein as the examples such as "Fat Spanish Waiter" or "Maureen" to be acceptable in this example?

    hi - this forum is for site feedback not the minutiae of specific forums like the definition of abuse under the specifics of the soccer forum charter. please take this up with the forum mods and escalate as appropriate within that sphere.
