Renault radio issues

Hoping someone can come up with a couple of workarounds for me. 2023 Renault Trafic Firstly the time on the radio keeps resetting to 0:00 everytime the screen goes off which includes if I open the door briefly. Which leads to my next question. Is there a way I can stop the radio from going off when I open the door.
