Planning permission for cafe.

    Hi all, hopes everyone is doing good.

    I am new here and do really need help on something. Im about to signing a lease for a cafe that is already an existing cafe. Do I need a planning permission if I want to change the opening hours?

    2. There is an empty space that previously used for bin area and i want to put in small partitions for a small office do i need planning permission for it too?

    Please need an advice. Your advice would be much appreciates
