I contacted Vodafone who eventually set up my router to both 2.4 and 5ghz. However now my zappi and harvi are now disconnected . I rebooted my zappi numerous times plus re paired my harvi . However no luck . Can someone assist me please . Some snapshots I would be grateful

If you contact myenergi, they should be able to help you out.

had a similar enough problem last week, although slightly different, and was sent the exact steps to go through.

To avoid this type of issue on Wi-Fi devices, I recommend setting up your own Wi-Fi router, adding a mesh system and only using your ISP as a modem. Keep the same Wi-Fi name and password and everything switches over without issue and stays that way even after you change provider/modem.

Thanks, could you recommend router and mesh system and is it difficult to set up? Thanks

Your existing router would need to be set to modem only mode. Google your router and search settings to put into modem mode, or call your ISP for info. I use VM and modem mode is set by logging into the router via Web browser and selecting modem mode. The details are readily available online.

I use the Linksys Velop Mesh nodes. Not the cheapest, but worth the outlay. I use 2 nodes for 3 bed semi-d. First node is beside modem, hard wired. Second node about 5m away in kitchen extension and is wireless. Plan to add a third node upstairs. Easy to setup and when naming the system, I chose the same name as the original VM router and I used the same password. This way, I didn't have to log any devices into the new Wi-Fi mesh, as they just used the old credentials.
