    So had a man over to tell us he's going to be starting renting land beside us from a wealthy dub who has bought fair bit of land in the area, now this man is starting to thing he's a big farmer by the carry on. He's told us and couple others he's going to fence the lot because he's going to be putting sheep in and we have to chip in as our land is touching the Dubs.

    Most in the area are out of farming including ourselves so not sure how or why its our problem is it not more on himself to stop his animals coming into our land because as of now no one is having any problems with animals.

    What ya reckon should we fork out couple of grand for this lad or tell him to take a hike.
