UKTV Channel Eden to go Freeview and Freesat

    Eden, soon to be renamed U&Eden, will launch on Freeview and Freesat in the coming weeks.

    Eden it's s not worth watching any more .Alibi would be a far better channel to go FTA .

    Now Live, not very promising, 12 hours of Inside the Ambulance, like lgs 4 says, Alibi would have been a lot better choice.

    Keep the fingers crossed for Alibi going free to air .Next year .The HD version will remain behind a pay wall

    The channel will have a refreshed line-up when it goes FTA, they were simply running off their contracted shows before relaunching with a new name and new schedule.

    Surely it is only a matter of time before Alibi goes FTA also and maybe in time, Gold also. Their programme schedules don't seem like the kind of thing that can sustain being subscription based forever.

    At the same time it was announced that Eden was going FTA it was announced that Gold and Alibi were starting a new contract behind the Sky paywall. 3 to 5 more years I would guess.
