TB compensation

    Quick one for clarity.

My understanding is that cattle purchased while a herd is restricted due to TB are ineligible for compensation if they subsequently go down in a herd test. For example, if a yearling is purchased during restriction period and the herd restriction is lifted after 2 clear tests, that animal is still ineligible for compensation if it reacts in a subsequent test. Is this correct?
