Advice on Whitechurch Way, Rathfarnham?

Looking at a house on Whitechurch way - some negative feedback seems to be years old so keen to hear if anyone has more up to date knowledge of the area? Seems to be some kids hanging around but other than that looks quiet enough. Does anybody have experience of living in the area?
