I want to make a contribution to the "Spiritan Abuse Survivors" thread in "Current Affairs/IMHO" and name names.

No, you can’t defame the dead.

You cannot use this site to name anyone you are accusing of a crime.

Completely unrelated but trying to find the correct section for a new discussion is painful. I see where a Kerry food outlet has been fined for having a migrant work for 48 days without a break. What is the name of this company and why is it not being disclosed? In the UK some of those found guilty of rioting last summer were charged convicted and given lengthy jail sentences within weeks. Here in Ireland we still haven't dealt with those who rioted assaulted and looted in Dublin almost 12 months ago! Why?

The name of the Kerry food outlet is on the RTE website.

Thanks, hopefully it will be boycotted from now on, even after it changes its name.
