Boundary fence higher on my side, but lower on other side

    Hi,

    I live in end of terrace house. On one side I'm sharing a boundary fence with my neighbour, but on the left hand side I share my boundary fence with a parking lot which I suppose belongs to management company that manages our estate. On that side the fence is 2m high when measured from my backgarden, but it is only 1.7m high when measured from parking lot because my backgarden is lower than that parking lot.

    So, I wanted to ask could I put a higher fence so it would be 2m when standing on that parking lot? But it would be 2.3m high on my side?
