    Question in relation to JA - as I need to pick it up on Tues-Thurs for the previous week (period Wed to Tues I believe) - if I am leaving the country on Tues and cannot pick up, am I entitled to it as it is for the week leading up to the Tues? I would be leaving for just a week of work and intending to suspend my claim.

    You need to ask for permission to leave the country. You need to give a valid reason for this. SW will most likely grant your wish- but you will get only paid when you are back.

    If you don't collect your payment on your specified days, the money will be returned to SW and you have to go to them an explain what happened. So you better contact them before you do anything else.

    It is also always better to talk directly to SW instead of asking some guys and girls in an internet forum!
