Agency worker transfer and redundancy

    How are ya.

    I am an agency worker for nearly 4 years.

    My boss (hirer) told me that he wants to resign from a services of employment agency.

    He asked me if I want to stay with him.

    I agreed to take up the job.

    Since that conversation there was no contact made from an agency whatsoever.

    Supposedly I am going to start with this company next Monday.

    It's all a bit strange.

    My question is am I entitled for redundancy?

    What about holiday pay?

    Can anyone shine a light on my case?
