Recommendations for home renovation in North Dublin.

    Hi all, we’re looking for for a solid, one-stop-shop construction group that can handle different jobs for a semi-detached 3 bedroom house in North Dublin, including,

    • Removing a structural wall with a fireplace (so we’ll need a steel beam in there)
    • Refitting the upstairs bathroom
    • Fixing up the downstairs bathroom (got some holes and a mould problem that might need a full redo)
    • Levelling and installing new flooring upstairs
    • Rewiring the house
    • Adding a slope to a flat roof
    • Reguttering

    Ideally, having a plumber and an electrician in the team, and they should be able to speak to a structural engineer about the measurements for the steel beam. Had some really bad experience with a construction crew last year so trying to right some of these wrongs, this time around.
