Can I take plumber to small claims court??

Hey

I paid ove €700 for a new shower which was fitted incorrectly and the plumber is refusing to resolve the issue.Electric shower never worked as it wasn't wired correctly.

My issue is I have no receipt but I do have the entire conversations by WhatsApp before during and after installation which discusses what was paid.

Would I be successful with a claim due to no receipt?

Is he running a legit company or doing it on the side as a nixer type deal.

Of course you can.

First thing to do is get a competent person who will make the shower safe to use.

Get an invoice from that person and sue the plumber that is at fault and ignoring you for that amount.

Need to be wired to the fuse box.

Wire then dropped down and plumber connects.

Had it done a while back.
