I'm looking at buying a fabulous existing mobile on a private site in wexford to use as a holiday home. It has septic tank, electric and water. It would be my dreams come true. The seller said they have planning permission for the mobile to be on the site. I've searched for info on planning laws and its very confusing! There are mobiles on land the lenght and breath of wexford so planning must be attainable??I can't get through to wexford council to enquire. Anyone have experience of this situation? I don't want to spend my life savings on something the council could tell me needs to be removed.
