Best Free Maritime Tracking app?

I'm using the unpaid versions of both Marine Traffic and Vessel Finder.

Marine Traffic can overlay satellite maps and includes a number of free alerts each month.

Vessel Finder shows more history on the vessel tracking

I've recently noticed that vessels appearing on Marine Traffic are not necessarily visible on Vessel Finder

What is your experience with these apps and is there any better free(-ish) alternative? (Not using them often enough to justify a license..)

I use Ship Finder, and find it grand, though I wouldn't use it a whole lot except maybe when crossing Dublin Bay to check whats coming in or out..

Marinetraffic seems to be the best but would appear to be targeted more so at commercial than recreational users, given its pricing. Vesselfinder can be hit and miss with the tracking I find.

I don't see Ship Finder in the Google Play store.
