Advice on lime

    I spread some ground lime this week, 2 ton to the acre as the land needed it but I have one field that needs twice as much as the other but this still only got 2 ton to the acre, would it be a good idea to spread some granulated lime next spring on this field and would it improve it if I did? Just this is the only field not up to the required level

    Probably better to wait for a couple of years and go with more ground lime the lime you just spread will still be working into the soil

    Anyone use eggshell

    Would be handy for smaller bits like this if it worked
