I’m considering buying a new build in Garristown. Does anyone live there? What’s it like in terms of access to amenities, ease of transportation etc? I can’t seem to find anything online

On the public transport front there's a several times daily Local Link route 195 bus to Ashbourne (and in the other direction to Balbriggan). The once daily Bus Éireann Ardcath - Garristown - Dublin was withdrawn in 2010.

Bus Éireann's route 105 (Drogheda - Ashbourne - Blanchardstown) can be picked up at Kilmoon Cross. It runs hourly each way from Kilmoon Cross.
