At the early stages of looking at apartments around here (Hill of Down House, Baltrasna House, Saunders House etc - that area). Anyone have experience of living here and what the apartments are like to live in? Soundproofing, common area management, anti social behaviour etc? I’m very familiar with the area, I work nearby and I’m up and down the streets there a few times a day for years so I know what it is and not worried about the locality, just the buildings, the management of them and any issues such as soundproofing, noise, fire safety etc. Just trying to see what’s waiting in the shadows to save a couple of months if they are a nightmare! Anyone have any experience of living there I would love to hear what you think. Thanks a lot!

Hoping some residents will say that all is fixed now, but i seem to recall that some of the unfinished top floor penthouse type apartments are still "netted in" to prevent windows falling out?

yikes! I have noticed the netting on the penthouses alright and I asked the estate agent of one place I looked at what’s the story with those. No idea he said. Of course! It will all come out during the legals I suppose but exactly the type of steer I’m looking for so thanks
